In Argentina, employees are entitled to various types of paid and unpaid leave:
Paid Leave
Maternity/Pregnancy Leave:
- 90 days total:
- 45 days before the expected date of birth
- 45 days after the birth
- 90 days total:
Paternity Leave (Second Parent):
- 2 days
Marriage Leave:
- 10 days
Bereavement Leave:
- 3 days for the death of a partner

Exam Leave:

Unpaid Leave
Child Care Leave:
