How to Access Your Form 1095 (GMS Platform)

What are Forms 1095-B and 1095-C?
Forms 1095-B and 1095-C are IRS tax documents related to your health insurance coverage. They are used to report:
• Form 1095-B — Proof that you had minimum essential health coverage during the tax year. Issued by the insurance provider or the employer.
• Form 1095-C — Details about the health insurance coverage offered to you by your employer, including whether you were enrolled and the months of coverage. Required for employers with 50 or more full-time employees (Applicable Large Employers).
These forms are important for your annual tax filing and may be required as supporting documentation.
Who receives these forms?
If you are a US-based employee hired before October 2025 and enrolled in employer-sponsored health benefits through Remote People, your Form 1095 documents for the 2025 tax year are available through our benefits administration platform, GMS.
How to access your Form 1095
1. Log in to the GMS platform using your existing credentials.
2. Navigate to the Documents or Tax Forms section.
3. Locate your Form 1095-B and/or Form 1095-C for the 2025 tax year.
4. Download or print the form(s) for your records and tax filing.
If you do not see your form or have trouble logging in, please contact the Support team for assistance.
Important Dates
• Forms 1095 for the 2025 tax year are typically available by early March 2026.
• The IRS filing deadline for individual tax returns is April 15, 2026.
What if I was hired after October 2025?
If you were hired after October 1, 2025, your benefits may be administered through a different platform. Please contact the Support team to confirm where your Form 1095 is available.
