How did you calculate my new salary amount?
✅ Formula:
Semi-monthly salary = Annual salary ÷ 24
Since there are 24 semi-monthly periods in a year (2 per month × 12 months), dividing your annual salary by 24 gives you the amount you'll receive in each semi-monthly paycheck.
What is the new payroll schedule?
Payment Schedule: For U.S. payroll, payments will be made on the 15th and the last working day of each month.
If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment will be moved to the last business day before the 15th.
As a reminder, please find the transition specific calendar below:
Payroll Frequency Change
Final Biweekly Payroll: September 26, 2025 (covers Sept 8–21)
Transition Payroll: October 10, 2025 (covers Sept 22–30)
First Semi-Monthly Payroll: October 15, 2025 (covers Oct 1–15)
Second October Payroll: October 31, 2025 (covers Oct 16–31)
Why is my off-cycle amount less than what I normally receive?
The gross earnings for your off-cycle payment on October 10th cover the period from September 22nd to September 30th. Since this is a shorter pay period than previous ones, you should expect lower gross earnings for this cycle.
You will see your first full gross earnings and deduction premiums as part of the regular payroll cycle on 15 October 2025.
(Annual salary ÷ 260) × 7
This reflects your daily rate (based on 260 workdays per year) multiplied by 7 workdays, which is the number of days in the off-cycle pay period.
What deductions are included in the off-cycle?
The deductions included in your off-cycle payment will cover 401(k) pension contributions and HSA contributions.
Please note that no benefit premiums will be charged during this cycle. Premium deductions will begin with the first regular payroll cycle on 15 October 2025.
How did you calculate my gross earnings for off-cycles?
(Annual salary ÷ 260) × 7
This reflects your daily rate (based on 260 workdays per year) multiplied by 7 workdays, which is the number of days in the off-cycle pay period.
Where can I find my pay slip?
Please log into the ADP portal to download your pay slip.
How do I access the ADP system?

You can also download the ADP app to view your payslip.
Why aren’t benefit premiums being deducted on my October 10th payroll?
Your benefit premium deductions will begin with the first regular semi-monthly payroll cycle on October 15th.
Premiums are not deducted from the off-cycle payment on October 10th; however, contributions (such as 401(k) and HSA) will be included in the off-cycle deductions.
Should I see my HSA and 401(k) contributions in this out-of-cycle paycheck?
Yes. While benefit premiums are not being deducted in this payroll, any contributions you elected for your 401(k) plan or Health Savings Account (HSA) will still appear in this paycheck.
Can I already see my 401(k) contribution in my ADP 401(k) account?
Not yet. The 401(k) conversion from Transamerica to ADP is still being processed, and the consolidation of funds is expected to be completed by mid-October. We’ll notify all employees once the ADP account and portal are active after the conversion. A post-conversion orientation session will be held on October 22, and we’ll resend the invite closer to the date.
