How to raise a new hire request?
You can hire (almost) anyone, anywhere! Go to the tab "New Hire" and click the button on the top right to start:
Select the country and the number of employees.
Click "continue" and follow the prompt to input all information regarding the new hire:
Any input is auto-saved when switching between sections. Yellow means incomplete and green means completed. You can come back anytime to update details.
Submit the new hire form when everything is ready.
If you have hired in that country and signed a country pricing schedule before, the new hire request will be marked as "pending employment agreement". Our Ops team will kick off the onboarding right away.
For new countries, the status will be marked as "pending pricing" and our Sales team will walk you through all the aspects including timeframe, costs breakdown, regulatory requirements, etc.
