How the ITSM Process Works
Step 1: Request Submission

Target delivery location(s)
Step 2: Quote & Invoice
We’ll send you:
A detailed quotation with device specs, service charges, and delivery fees
Custom model availability, if requested
A formal invoice upon approval
Step 3: Payment
Procurement and shipping begin once payment is confirmed.
Step 4: Asset Preparation & Delivery
Devices are configured and shipped globally.
Timeline: Delivery within 7–10 business days post-payment.
Notification: You’ll receive confirmation once delivery is complete.
Step 5: Device Collection for Offboarding
Submit a request for device pickup from departing employees.
Include:
Employee name and location
Device details
Preferred pickup timeframe
Our logistics partner handles retrieval and returns or stores the device securely.
Step 6: Asset Storage (If Required)
Devices can be stored in secure, climate-controlled facilities.
Note: Monthly storage fees apply.
