Can I raise a new hire request on my own?
Yes, you can do this from the "New Hire" page by clicking on the button in the top right and filling the onboarding form.
Let's say you are looking to hire a marketing manager based in Japan:
After clicking on "Continue", you will need to enter some information on the job, e.g. determine the compensation the employee will receive.
- If you haven't hired in this country before, an expert from Horizon will reach out to you and explain you the all the intricacies of hiring in the new location.
- If you already have several employees in the targeted country and know about the drill, we will skip consultation and send you an employment agreement to review & approve.
As always, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to our team at support@joinhorizons.com
