Can I raise a new hire request on my own?

Yes, you can! The process is simple and straightforward. Just head to the "New Hire" page, click on the button in the top right corner, and fill out the onboarding form.

After clicking "Continue," you'll be prompted to enter essential details about the job, such as determining the compensation for the employee.

 

Once you've reviewed and submitted the request, one of two things will happen:

  • If this is your first hire in the country: A regional expert from Horizons will reach out to guide you through the specifics of hiring in that location.

  • If you’ve already hired in this country: We’ll skip the consultation and send you the employment agreement for review and approval.
