How to process a new onboarding?
Before your employees begin working, they will first need to be onboarded. Our platform makes this easy.
You will receive an email notification saying that you have onboardings ready to go, with your dedicated account manager in copy.
Enter the platform to find onboardings under your to-do list. Remember: each onboarding is for one employee.
Choose the employee you would like to onboard first. Click "continue" and follow the prompt to input all information regarding his / her employment. Your input is auto-saved when switching between sections. Yellow means incomplete and green means completed.
Once all information is filled, click "Submit" to invite the employee.
Once the employee accepts your invitation, he / she may register and complete the employee profile.
