What are the Paid and Unpaid Leaves in Thailand?

Paid Leave
Maternity/Pregnancy Leave

Leave for Training or Knowledge and Skill Development
- Payment: Paid according to the rules set by Ministerial Regulations
- This leave is available for employees participating in training programs or skill development activities, supporting continuous learning and professional growth.
Unpaid Leave
- Unpaid Leave: Employees may request unpaid leave for various personal reasons, subject to the employer's approval. The specific terms and conditions for unpaid leave are typically outlined in the company's leave policy.
