How can I request a change in salary?
Unlike with variable payroll information, e.g., bonuses, commissions, expenses, etc., which are to be submitted via the Horizons platform, the platform does not currently allow for salary changes to be communicated through it.
Therefore, any changes in salary will need to be communicated to our support team by contacting support@joinhorizons.com.
The good news is that our Product & Engineering teams have put this function on their roadmap, and we hope to be able to accommodate this in early 2023.
