How to switch Billing Group Assignment of team members?

For various of reason, client is possible to intend to change the billing group assignment after the onboarding period?

Please follow these steps in the employee/contractor's profile.

 

Click on the "Action" button and select "Change Billing Group" from the drop-down list. Our dedicated support team will promptly assess your request based on timing and take appropriate action as soon as it becomes available.

 

 

Q: When can I expect the "Change of Billing Group" to become effective?

A: In general, the change of billing group can be effective in the following month after your request submitting.  

During the "Week of Billing" while Horizons are processing the payroll and drafting invoices, the "Change" is not available.  Our dedicated support team will proceed to take appropriate action as soon as it becomes available.
