How to use the Time Tracking Feature in Germany?

The Horizons platform provides an easy-to-use Time Tracking feature to help you log and manage your working hours. Follow these simple steps to track your time efficiently:

 

1. Accessing Time Tracking

To begin, employees should navigate to the "Time Tracking" tab on the left-hand menu of the Horizons platform (as seen in point 1 of the screenshot).
This feature allows employees to log all worked hours.

2. Logging Hours

Employees can manage working hours by selecting the appropriate week or month (point 2) and entering the start and end times. This feature also allows employees to track breaks and more (point 3).


3. Adding Hours

Once  employees have logged their hours, they can be submitted by clicking the "Add Hours" button at the top right corner of the screen (point 4).

4. Manager Approval

After submission, the employees line manager will receive the timesheet for approval. Managers have the ability to either approve or reject the submitted timesheet.


5. Managing Feedback

All timesheets are stored and accessible on the platform at any time. If the manager requires adjustments, they can easily provide notes for the employees to review. Either the necessary corrections can be made or the Recall action can be triggered to resubmit the timesheet for approval.

 

This seamless process ensures that all working hours are accurately tracked, and the timesheets are managed effectively.
