How to Recall a Timesheet

This action allows employees to move the timesheets back to “Draft” status so they can adjust it before their employer review it. Recalling a timesheet is possible when it is in the “Pending” status.  

To do so, you can access a timesheet by clicking on it, and on the top right corner, there will be a “Recall” button. 

The "Recall" action allows the Employees to edit all the content of the timesheet if it is in "Single" submission mode (and in "Pending" status). If the timesheet is being used in "Multiple" mode, only the non-approved days can be edited. This means the days that have the "Approved" badge can no longer be changed. 

 



After the Employees click on "Recall" they will be asked to confirm their action, through this pop-up:

                                                                   

When all the adjustments are done, the timesheet just needs to be re-submitted by clicking on the "Submit Hours". This action will move the status to "Pending" again.
