About Time Tracking

Time Tracking is now available at Horizons. This feature enables tracking and collecting the volume of hours an employee works each month. 

Employees can submit their worked hours for a specific month on the platform, resulting in a timesheet. The timesheets capture the team member’s name, the month's dates, hours worked, overtime, and breaks. It also reflects in the timesheet if there are approved holidays or leaves in certain month. 

Depending on the client and country requirements, submitting a timesheet every month can be a legal requirement

The Time Tracking item can be found on the left side menu. Clicking on it, will take the employees to the view where they will find their previous month's timesheets as well as where they will be able to add hours to a month's timesheet. 



Once submitted by the employees, the timesheets are available for the employers to review and either approve or reject the timesheet. It is important to ensure the timesheet inputs are aligned with the employee's contracts.
