How to Submit Hours in a Timesheet

To submit a timesheet, access the time tracking menu. By clicking this menu item, you’ll be redirected to the Time Tracking main page, where all previous timesheets are displayed. From here, you can add more hours to a month’s timesheet.
To add hours, click on the row corresponding to the desired month, and you’ll be taken to that month’s timesheet or simply click on the button on the top right corner "Add Hours" and you will navigate to the current month's.
Input your worked hours by adding values on each calendar day, then click the "Submit Hours" button.
The inputs on Start, End, Overtime Start and Overtime End need to be in the following format: AM/PM hh:mm.
Breaks and Lunch are total amounts, so an example for these fields is 01h 00m.
To add another row on the same calendar day, employees must click on “Add Entry” and it will add a new row below, this row can be removed by clicking on the red cross. This is particularly helpful for multiple shifts on the same calendar day.
Remove any value by deleting it if you want to leave a day as a non-working day.
After all the values are added, the next step is to click on “Submit Hours” to submit the timesheet for review. This action makes a pop-up appear with a summary of the submission values. If the employees confirm everything, they click on “Confirm” and this makes the timesheet status change from “Draft” to “Pending”, and it is displayed on their Employers list for review.
Note: the terms and conditions displayed vary depending on the employee's country and employment agreement conditions.
Depending on the type of timesheet your employer has set up for you, you’ll have one of the following submission types:
- Single Submission: Allows you to submit a timesheet only once, at the end of the month.
- Multiple Submissions: Allows you to make multiple submissions throughout the month, with flexibility on submission frequency. To make further submissions the previous ones need to be approved.
The difference between the types is these submission frequency, because the flow of submission and approval works the same way.
