Review and Approve Submitted Timesheet Hours

To review and either Approve or Reject a timesheet, employers should click on the “Time Tracking” menu item.
They will navigate to the Time Tracking main screen, which shows two tabs: “Pending my Approval” and “All Timesheets.”
To easily find timesheets that require attention, employers can click on the “Pending my Approval” tab, where all timesheets awaiting a decision are displayed.
On this tab, next to each team member's timesheet for a specific month, there are two quick action buttons, "Reject" or "Approve", that can be used to make a faster decision.
Alternatively, employers can click on the row to open the detailed view of the timesheet, where all the inputs can be reviewed. In the top right corner, there are also the buttons to “Approve” or “Reject” this timesheet.
In both cases, after clicking on "Approve" there is a validation pop-up that refers the approval terms and shows a summary of the amount of hours worked. To be able to click on "Approve" the checkbox needs to be selected.
In case the timesheet needs to be rejected and sent back to the employee for adjustments, employers should use the button "Reject". After clicking on that button, it is possible to add a justification, this is very helpful to help the employee to know what needs to be adjusted.
To add a reason, employers just need to add text on the text area, and then click on "Reject".
For timesheets in "Single" submission mode, the employer makes a single review and approval throughout the month. But if it is a timesheet on "Multiple" submission mode, it means the same timesheet can be reviewed and approved multiple times, depending on how many times the employee submits work days. As an example, in some countries with multiple payment periods per month, the timesheets can match those periods.
