Can expenses be approved using a mobile device?
The Horizons platform is mobile-optimized: Expense reports can easily be review and approved using a mobile device.
Steps to Approve Expenses via Mobile
1. Receive Approval Notification
Once an employee submits an expense report or the final approver in the policy chain completes their approval, you will receive an email notification from Support@joinhorizons.com. If you receive this email on your mobile device, simply click on the "View Details" link to open the Horizons mobile interface in your mobile browser.
2. Access the Mobile Interface
Alternatively, you can log into the Horizons platform directly by navigating to app.joinhorizons.com from your mobile browser.
3. Navigate to Pending Expense Claims
Once logged in, click on "Expense" to view all the pending expense claims. You will see a list of reports awaiting your review.
4. Review and Approve
Select a report entry to access the review details. From here, you can approve or reject the claim directly from your mobile device.
