How do I approve an expenses report?
1. Locate the Reports: When you log in and access your Home page, you will immediately find the three most recent expense reports awaiting your review and approval. For a comprehensive list, navigate to the tab labeled "Expenses - Pending my approval".
2. Review the Details: Click on a specific report to delve into the particulars. Here, you can examine the amount breakdowns, determine the category of each expense, read the descriptions accompanying every item, and view associated receipts.
3. Decision Time:
- ✅ Approval: If all details align with your standards and everything is in order, simply click on "Approve" and then confirm your decision.
- ⛔ Rejection: If any aspect of the report doesn't meet expectations or seems out of place, you have the option to reject the report.
