What Funds available for employees in Italy?

1. Quadri Positions (Managerial Roles)
Employees in Quadri positions are automatically enrolled in two mandatory funds:
- Quas: Integrative health care fund
- Quadriflor: Fund for skills development
Contribution Details:
- Employee Contribution: Approximately €81 per year.
- Employer Contribution: Approximately €400 per year.
These funds cover health care benefits and skills development for employees in managerial positions.
2. Positions Up to Level I (Non-managerial Roles)
Employees in positions up to Level I are automatically enrolled in Fondo Est, a mandatory supplementary health care fund.
Contribution Details:
- Employee Contribution: €10 per year.
This fund provides supplementary health care benefits for non-managerial employees.
3. Pension Fund (Fon.te)
The Fon.te pension fund is voluntary. Employees can choose to subscribe to the fund at any time during their employment. If an employee opts to enroll in Fon.te, both the employee and employer must contribute.
Contribution Details:
- Employee Contribution: Typically 0.55% of their salary (can increase up to 4%).
