What are the Horizons Work Rules in South Korea?

As part of Horizons ongoing commitment to maintaining a fair and compliant workplace, Horizons has created Work Rules in accordance with South Korean labor laws. These rules define the standards for working conditions, employee conduct, compensation, and other important aspects of your employment.


All employees employed by Horizons in South Korea are required to review the Work Rules and acknowledge their acceptance. This process is crucial to ensure that every team member is aware of the policies and procedures that govern their employment. 


During the Onboarding Process all employees are asked to review and accept the Work Rules. 

  1. Review the Work Rules:

    • Read through the document carefully to fully understand the policies and procedures.

  2. Accept the Work Rules:

    • After reviewing the Work Rules, you are asked to confirm that you have read and agree to comply with the rules:
