What is the standard employment agreement Horizons offers in Australia?

At Horizons, we provide fair and compliant employment agreements for all employees in Australia. Our standard agreements are indefinite (permanent) contracts, offering both full-time and part-time employees stability and job security.


Full-time employees receive all statutory entitlements such as annual leave, sick leave, and other benefits. Part-time employees enjoy the same benefits on a pro-rata basis, adjusted according to hours worked. Remuneration for part-time employees is based on the hours worked at the agreed hourly rate.


Horizons meets all legal obligations, including a 10.5% superannuation contribution, worker’s compensation insurance (1%-4% of salary depending on location), and payroll tax (around 5% of total payroll).
