How can I request contractual changes: salaries, titles, extensions and others?
To request any contractual changes including salary increases, title changes or contract extensionss, follow these 3 steps:
1. Navigate to "People" on the portal and locate the employee you would like to request a contractual change for.
2. Click on the employees name to access their profil. Then click on "Actions" on the top right and select "Change Contract" from the drop-down menu.
3. Let us know what you would like to change by providing details regarding the desired salary adjustment in the message box. Please provide as much input as possible. Then click on "Send message" to submit your request.
Once you have submitted your request, our dedicated specialist team will promptly create the amendment. Before the contract amendment is sent for signature, you will have the chance to review and approve it.
