How to manage the Users and their role and access?

INTRODUCTION:

 

The Administrator account User may occasionally need to manage, edit, or archive the permissions of other users in your company.


 

You can find the relevant user's menu bar on the right by clicking "Setting→Users and Roles" from left to right. 

 


 

Q1 How can I change the role of an existing user? 

A1: The editing box allows you to select "Edit" and make modifications to the role permissions for that user.




Q2: What if this user is no longer authorized by the company to use their Horizon portal account? 

A2:

You may choose the "Archive" option to archive that account. The past operation records of the account, including approvals, will be preserved. However, this user will no longer be able to log in or use their account. If this user is part of an existing approval policy, administrators will automatically see a dialog box prompting them to select an alternative user.
