Can I change the information submitted in the onboarding form?

Yes, any information you submit can be changed once the onboarding form has been submitted. This is a helpful function in case you have entered any incorrect information, e.g., typo in bank account number, etc.



To do so, you need to click on the "Recall" button in the onboarding form. Note that once you recall the onboarding form and change the information, you will need to resubmit the onboarding form to proceed with the employment contract drafting stage. 




Once your onboarding has been completed, i.e., you have your signed employment contract, you cannot manually update any information in your profile. If you need to update any information, e.g., new address, new passport copy, please contact support@joinhorizons.com and a member of our support team will advise you.
