The employee profile section in the Horizons platform provides a comprehensive view of each team member’s key information. By clicking on a specific employee, you can access everything from personal and employment details to compensation, leave records, expenses, and documents, all in one place.
What You Can View in the Employee Profile:
Personal Information
View basic identification and contact details, including:
Full name
Nationality
Residence status
Contact information
Employment Details
See all employment-specific data, such as:
Start date
Job title
Country of hire
Work permit status (if applicable)
Work location
Job description (JD) document
Key compensation and benefits details
Compensation
Review salary-related information, including:
Annual gross salary
Allowances and other compensation components
Leave Record
Track leave activity and manage requests:
Annual leave and sick day balances
History of leave requests
Option to approve or reject pending leave directly from the profile
Expenses
Monitor employee-submitted expenses:
View expense reports submitted by the employee
Submit expenses on their behalf when needed
Expenses submitted here are automatically approved
Documents
Access important shared documents, including:
