What information is available in an Employee’s Profile?

The employee profile section in the Horizons platform provides a comprehensive view of each team member’s key information. By clicking on a specific employee, you can access everything from personal and employment details to compensation, leave records, expenses, and documents, all in one place.


What You Can View in the Employee Profile:

Personal Information

View basic identification and contact details, including:

  • Full name

  • Nationality

  • Residence status

  • Contact information

 


Employment Details

See all employment-specific data, such as:

  • Start date

  • Job title

  • Country of hire

  • Work permit status (if applicable)

  • Work location

  • Job description (JD) document

  • Key compensation and benefits details

 

Compensation

Review salary-related information, including:

  • Annual gross salary

  • Allowances and other compensation components

 

Leave Record

Track leave activity and manage requests:

  • Annual leave and sick day balances

  • History of leave requests

  • Option to approve or reject pending leave directly from the profile

 

Expenses

Monitor employee-submitted expenses:

  • View expense reports submitted by the employee

  • Submit expenses on their behalf when needed

  • Expenses submitted here are automatically approved

 

Documents

Access important shared documents, including:

  • Signed employment agreements and contract amendments

  • Payslips and tax documents

  • All documents can be viewed and exported from the platform
