1. IT Asset Management

Horizons provides end-to-end IT support across 150+ countries:

  • Procurement, delivery, and pickup of laptops, monitors, and accessories
  • OS and app installation ($100/laptop)
  • Secure storage and hash extraction (from $50/location)
  • Warranty and repair services


Lead Times:

  • APAC: 5–7 business days
  • EMEA: 7 business days
  • Americas: 7–10 business days



2. Car Leasing

Horizons offers two flexible models:

  • Horizons-Sourced: We manage vendor selection and full lease lifecycle.
  • Client-Sourced: You choose the vendor; Horizons manages contracts and invoicing.

Available in 150+ countries, with support for renewals, terminations, and replacements.



3. Office Leasing

Horizons helps source and manage office spaces globally:

  • Coworking desks, private offices, and meeting rooms
  • Lease negotiation, invoicing, and vendor coordination
  • Engagement models: End-to-end sourcing or client-sourced with Horizons support



4. Entity Incorporation

Global support for setting up legal entities:

  • Incorporation and compliance assistance
  • Mandatory registrations included



5. Background Verification (BGV)

Secure and compliant checks tailored for global hiring:

  • Right to Work, Criminal Record, Education, Employment, Drug Testing, and more
  • Coverage across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas
  • Fully customizable packages with candidate consent required



How to Request a VAS

  1. Submit a Request by email to vas@joinhorizons.com. Include service type, location, employee details, and any special instructions.
  2. Feasibility & Quotation: Horizons reviews the request, confirms feasibility, and sends a proposal.
  3. Approval & Payment: Once you review the proposal and approve it, Horizons begins procurement or onboarding.
  4. Execution & Delivery: Horizons manages vendors, logistics, and invoicing until completion.
