Can Horizons facilitate Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) in Cyprus?

Horizons currently does not facilitate the granting of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) for employees hired in Cyprus. This is due to local legal and regulatory constraints of Horizons that limit the implementation of such equity-based compensation schemes.
