What are the mandatory 13th and 14th salary bonuses in Greece?
In Greece, employees are entitled to mandatory 13th and 14th salary bonuses, which are paid in addition to the standard salary.
Easter bonus:
Equivalent to half a month's salary, the Easter bonus accrues between January 1 and April 30 and is typically paid before the Easter holiday.Christmas bonus:
Equivalent to one full month's salary, the Christmas bonus accrues from May 1 to December 31 and is generally paid in December, just before the Christmas holidays.Vacation bonus:
Equivalent to half a month's salary, the vacation bonus accrues throughout the entire year and is usually paid when the employee takes their annual leave.
