What are the mandatory allowances in Greece?

In Greece, employees working from home (WFH) are entitled to a mandatory allowance to cover certain expenses associated with remote work.

Total minimum allowance: EUR 28 per month
This amount is broken down into:
- EUR 13 for the use of household space
- EUR 10 for telecommunication expenses
- EUR 5 for the maintenance of equipment

This allowance helps employees manage the costs incurred while working remotely.

Currently, Horizons does not offer any additional allowances beyond this mandatory WFH allowance.
