Can a savings fund (Fondo de Ahorro) be provided in Mexico?

In Mexico, a savings fund (fondo de ahorro) is a benefit that allows employees to contribute a portion of their salary to a savings account, sometimes matched by the employer. At this time, this benefit is not included in the compensation package offered by Horizons.

This decision reflects our commitment to ensuring fairness and consistency in how we structure compensation across different roles and regions. In line with local labor laws and our internal policies, we focus on offering a balanced and equitable set of benefits that align with our overall compensation framework.

While a savings fund is not currently part of the benefits package, we continuously review our offerings to ensure they remain compliant, competitive, and supportive of employee well-being.
