What are the Working Hours and Overtime Rules in Turkey?

Horizons ensures compliance with Turkish labor laws regarding working hours, overtime, and night work to provide a fair and structured working environment.

Standard Working Hours

  • Maximum working hours are 45 hours per week and maximum 11 hours per day.

    • Overtime hours (above 45 hours/week) are compensated at 150% of the hourly salary or 1 hour 30 minutes of paid time off, to be used within 6 months.
