Unlimited Employment Agreements

  • Full-time employment: This is the standard type of employment agreement at Horizons, offering employees full-time hours and long-term job security.
  • Part-time employment: We also provide part-time contracts under the unlimited employment framework, offering flexibility while maintaining the same long-term security.


Fixed-Term Employment Agreements – Strictly Regulated

While fixed-term employment agreements do exist in Armenia, they are strictly regulated by law and rarely used at Horizons. According to Armenian labor regulations, fixed-term contracts can only be offered under specific conditions, including:

  • Seasonal work or jobs with a defined period.
  • Temporary replacement of an employee.


Due to these limitations, fixed-term contracts are uncommon, and most employees join Horizons through unlimited agreements, ensuring a stable and continuous working relationship.
