  • January 1: New Year’s Day
  • January 29 – 31: Lunar New Year
  • April 4: Ching Ming Festival
  • April 18: Good Friday
  • April 21: Easter Monday
  • May 1: Labor Day
  • May 5: Birthday of Buddha
  • May 31: Tuen Ng (Dragon Boat Festival)
  • July 1: Hong Kong SAR Establishment Day
  • October 1: Chinese National Day
  • October 7: Second Day of Mid-Autumn Festival
  • October 29: Chung Yeung Festival
  • December 25: Christmas Day
  • December 26: Following Weekday after Christmas


Special Notes for Public Holidays:

  • If a public holiday falls on a Sunday, it will be observed on the following Monday.
  • If Lunar New Year or Christmas Day falls on a Sunday, the holiday will be observed on the following weekday.
