Who retains the Intellectual Property rights when hiring someone via Horizons?

We recognize the importance of your data belonging solely to you. We affirm that any intellectual property created while an individual is hired through Horizons, whether as a contractor or the employer of record, remains entirely with our clients. This stipulation can be found in Section 11, titled "Confidentiality - Ownership of IP," in our master services agreement.
