Horizons works with companies looking to hire full-time employees, part-time employees, or independent contractors.  

Unfortunately, due to the way that PEO/EOR relationships are regulated in most countries, we cannot hire an individual without a third-party company – whom we contract with – for them to work for (such as self-employed individuals who need an employment contract for visa sponsorship in a given country). 

As for the types of companies we work with, there really are no limits! We are proud to serve startups, small to medium size companies, large enterprises, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and educational institutions.
