How much does Horizons cost?

A straightforward fixed fee for hires anywhere in the world sounds wonderful, but with employment taxes and other financial liabilities varying considerably between countries, it is actually impossible to offer that as a PEO/EOR company while remaining 100% transparent with clients about costs. 

At Horizons, we are committed to full transparency on all aspects of the global hiring process. As such, the amount we charge for our services is based on the actual costs of employment (wages, social security, pension contributions, employer taxes, and so on), and we simply apply our highly competitive management fee on top of that. To ensure we appropriately account for differences in market data, our management fee sometimes varies between countries (hiring in the Philippines costs less than in the United States, for example).
